**Equipment Inventory Maintenance Specialist**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Equipment Inventory Maintenance Specialist.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the department's RFID/RTLS system and tags to ensure accurate tracking of equipment
* Maintain a database of specialty mattresses and beds, as well as equipment sent out for repair
* Process orders and returns of specialty rental equipment
* Provide clerical support to the department, including customer service, resolving issues, and filing
* Efficiently process invoices for rental equipment to ensure proper billing practices
* Deliver equipment and/or pick up soiled equipment as required
**Requirements:**
* Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred
* Proficiency in Excel and Word
**Work Schedule:**
* Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
* Holidays may be required
