Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Terrace Glen Village. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, while promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication management, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident condition and comfort, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless transitions of care, and communicate effectively with families and residents.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, preferred.
  • CPR certification, and ability to maintain professional licensure and CEU requirements.
