Pediatric Home Health LPN Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.

Job Summary:

We are the hearts of 30,000 caregivers and trusted by over 33,000 families. As a Pediatric Home Health LPN, you will provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided in our system of record.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments and coordination of care
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Qualifications:

  • Good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
  • Current CPR certification
