Job Title: Clinical Dietitian - Registered Nutritionist

Job Summary:
Sutter Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian - Registered Nutritionist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to patients, interpreting food and nutrition into a service designed to improve or maintain the nutritional/health status of both inpatients and outpatients.

Responsibilities:
Interpret the discipline of food and nutrition into a service designed to improve or maintain the nutritional/health status of both inpatients and outpatients.
Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
Completion of a didactic and clinical program in dietetics approved or accredited by the American Dietetic Association.
Registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligible for registration within 6 months of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
Certification as a Certified Nutrition Support Dietitian (CNSD) or Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).
Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting.
