About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Metromont, LLC. As a Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of precast concrete products and structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop precast concrete products and structures, including parking decks, buildings, and walls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements and company standards
  • Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Attend project meetings and lead coordination meetings as needed
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed engineering design calculations and drawings
  • Ensure designs and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • BS in Civil Engineering or related field required; structural emphasis preferred
  • PE not required, EIT preferred
  • Strong personal organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and proactive in addressing issues or problems on projects
  • Values and demonstrates safe working behaviors
