Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and analyze unit performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of hospital acute care RN nursing experience and one year prior leadership experience.
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- BSN preferred.
- Current valid Florida State Board of Nursing Registered Professional Nurse license.
