Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, and restrooms
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and restock supplies as needed
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Inspect and report any maintenance or repair issues to the Facilities Manager
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a custodian or janitorial position
  • Fork Lift Certification a plus
  • Bloodborne Pathogen Certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
