About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN PACU specialist to join our team in Washington D.C. for a 13-week assignment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience working in a PACU setting and possess excellent clinical skills. The role will involve caring for patients post-anesthesia care, ensuring their recovery is smooth and comfortable.

Responsibilities
  • Care for patients in the PACU, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current professional license as required by the state.
  • Have proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
  • Possess at least one year of recent experience in PACU and a like setting.
