Key Requirements

  • CPA certification is preferred, but not required. However, you must have a strong understanding of CPA principles.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Media, Construction, Real Estate, or Cannabis Industries is not necessary, but you'll need to have a strong track record in these areas.
  • This role is ideal for a current Senior looking to move into a Manager position.
  • You'll need 1-2 years of experience as a Senior before moving into a Manager role.
  • Hybrid working arrangements are available.
  • You'll need to be a USA Citizen or have a Green Card.
  • The salary range is $75,000 - $95,000.

You'll have open and frequent dialogue with your Manager and Partner, ensuring that you're always learning and aware of your career progression.

You'll work collaboratively with a team of professionals who are committed to success, without being held back by traditional thinking.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and execute assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, working closely with Partners and Senior Managers.
  • Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
  • Supervise and lead members of our internal team to ensure client engagements and projects are delivered on time.
  • Participate in coordinating large client engagements and identifying problems with more experienced personnel.
