Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Substance Abuse Therapist - Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide evidence-based therapy and case management services to clients in need of AOD treatment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide substance abuse counseling services to residential clients as required by specific programs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with clients, defining plan of services and interventions.
  • Update treatment plans according to documentation requirements.
  • Provide individual and group therapy according to client's treatment needs.
  • Document clinical service delivery, maintaining accurate records and reports regarding clients' histories and progress, services provided, and other required information.
  • Collaborate with courts, probation officers, community services, and other post-treatment agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Requirements

  • Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
  • Active state licensure or certification (LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow, versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

Salary and Benefits
