Job Summary:
UNC Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urology team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients within your scope of practice.

Responsibilities:
1. Clinical- Obtain relevant health and medical history, perform thorough physical assessments, and develop treatment plans.
2. Education- Educate clients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
3. Leadership- Provide instruction to physicians, house staff, and students, and participate in community outreach programs.
4. Professional- Interact with patients and families in a respectful and courteous manner.
5. Quality/Research- Engage in daily continuous quality improvement and lead interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated delivery of patient care services.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
  • Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider in the state of North Carolina.
  • Board certification if required by the Department.
