Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated individual to fill the role of Food Runner. Success in this position is attributed to the following skills and attributes:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness by addressing spills, broken dishes, and removing waste.
  • Transport food, dishes, trays, and utensils from kitchen areas to serving stations.
  • Clear tables of soiled dishes and glassware, returning them to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Refill beverage and ice stations as needed.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes.
  • Restock food and equipment at service areas as required.
  • Organize and stack dirty dishes for efficient cleaning.
  • Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presentable.
  • Reset and clean tables for the next guests.
  • Maintain all equipment in good working order.
  • Adhere to company standards and regulations in all food and beverage areas.
  • Stay informed about property events and operational hours.
  • Be flexible to work in various venues based on business needs.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow team members, fostering a respectful and positive work environment.
  • Engage in company communications and participate in team meetings to stay updated.
  • Support other departments to enhance overall performance.
  • Uphold a high standard of service and company values.

  • Be prepared to work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in guest service.
Licenses and Certifications:

Candidates must be able to obtain any necessary licenses and permits as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
