Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Prepared Food Team Member to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality products
• Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing the prepared foods area
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and ingredients

What You'll Do:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve processes
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, managing high exposure and expectations
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, executing the basics at the highest possible level of quality

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Additional Compensation:

• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
• Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
