Join Our Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes throughout Richmond, VA.

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team that provides personalized care to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Providing light housekeeping and laundry services
  • Assisting with ambulation and transfers
  • Administering medications as directed by the client's physician
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the client's physician
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have at least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Virginia
  • Be able to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
  • Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
  • Have a criminal background check completed
