Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
