We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Dining Director to join our team at Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food service and exceptional customer experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Dietary Director in the daily functioning of dining services, including meal planning, production, and delivery.
  • Provide support and direction to the dietary staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and food regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents.
  • Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Current food service sanitation license required.
  • Experience in food services in the healthcare industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • At least one to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Food Safety/ServSafe Certification.
