Cultivation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cultivation Specialist to join our team at Curaleaf. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for executing production plans and ensuring the quality and quantity of our cannabis products.

• Work closely with the Cultivation Manager to plan and execute growing activities in accordance with production schedules.
• Prepare and maintain growing spaces to ensure optimal conditions for plant growth.
• Assist with cloning, transplanting, and monitoring of plants, including watering, feeding, and climate control.
• Inspect crops regularly to identify any issues with leaf texture, bloom size, or pests/diseases, and take corrective action as needed.
• Monitor and maintain growing conditions, including humidity, moisture, and temperature, to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
• Assist with harvesting, trimming, and curing of cannabis products.
• Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment, including lighting, irrigation, and climate control.
• Ensure daily compliance with company policies and procedures, including state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols.

• Experience with plant cultivation and harvesting in a work or home setting.
• Strong knowledge of weights and measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute techniques consistently.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture is a plus.
