Mathematics Instructor

Job Summary:

Germanna Community College is seeking a part-time Mathematics Adjunct to teach a variety of mathematics courses. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field and experience teaching mathematics courses in a classroom environment. The ability to teach comfortably online is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Teach mathematics courses in a classroom environment
• Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students with diverse backgrounds and experiences
• Use technology to facilitate teaching, learning, and assessment
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field
• Experience teaching mathematics courses in a classroom environment
• Ability to teach comfortably online
• Commitment to student engagement and success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior teaching experience
• Work experience in the field of mathematics
• Experience with online teaching
