Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check as mandated for the role.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with some flexibility in working hours, although availability during standard business hours is expected.

Physical Requirements

The role involves a mix of fieldwork, travel, and office-based tasks. The employee must be capable of driving, standing, sitting, walking, reaching, typing, talking, hearing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. The position may also require traversing uneven terrain, entering various structures, using ladders, and working in diverse weather conditions.

Travel Expectations

Regular travel is an integral part of the Forensic Structural Engineer position, with potential overnight trips as necessary.
