About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing layaways.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing layaways.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
