Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Veracity. As a Pulmonary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Measures lung capacity and analyzes blood samples using a blood gas analyzer.
* Performs tobacco cessation education, bedside PFT, EKGs, etc as ordered by the provider.
* Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per plan of care.
* Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

Requirements:

* Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care License - Required
* Graduate of a CRT or RRT Program - Preferred
* Bachelor's degree - Preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days of hire
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 60 days of hire
* Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) within 90 days of hire
