Key Responsibilities:- Provide training and development expertise to support the Sailor 2025, Ready Relevant Learning initiative.
- Design and develop training programs, including curriculum development, instructional materials, and training delivery.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the needs of the US Navy Submarine Force.
- Develop and maintain training documentation, including training manuals, guides, and procedures.
- Provide technical representation at reoccurring or ad hoc C4I training systems meetings.
- Develop and deliver training courses, including instructor-led training and online training.
- Conduct training evaluations and assessments to ensure training effectiveness.
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Psychology, or related training systems discipline.
- 10+ years of professional training experience, including training needs assessment, instructional systems design, and training program management.
- DoD C4I Instructional Design experience.
- Secret Clearance.
- Competitive salary range: $104,780 - $141,762.
