The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting, as well as assist with small and medium size projects to improve safety, operational efficiency, quality, and reduce waste.
- Provide mentoring to Operations Specialists and Operators to improve, implement, and track compliance of regulatory and safety management systems.
- Work with Production Manager and Operation Specialists daily to achieve production goals.
- Liaison with Production Planning, Maintenance, E&I, QC, Engineering, Logistics, HR, and Plant Management.
- Responsible for process improvements including projects, data entry, and process tracking.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated process engineering skills
- Fact-based analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and analyze and interpret data to determine path forward
- Knowledge of standard IT programs including SAP and Microsoft Office
