Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and management of the ICU/CCU Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Manage human and material resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including licensure and certification requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment, professionalism, and teamwork/collaboration.
  • Necessary business skills to manage human and material resources.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
  • Experience in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
