- Manage human and material resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including licensure and certification requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship building.
- Knowledge of the healthcare environment, professionalism, and teamwork/collaboration.
- Necessary business skills to manage human and material resources.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
