Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Technical Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, minutes, and other relevant records.
- Change Order Management: Review and approve change orders, ensuring they are in line with project requirements and budget.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and other team members, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in technical operations and project oversight.
