Job Summary

Ricochet is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests and determining their beverage preferences
  • Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails and other drinks
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including the bar area and surrounding spaces
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Indiana Alcohol Serving Permit
  • Previous experience as a bartender preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
