**Research Fellow, Economics**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Fellow to join our team at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As a Research Fellow, you will be responsible for conducting research on various economic topics, including workforce, healthcare, and education initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Construct and prepare data for analysis
  • Conduct analysis in Stata, Python, and/or R (or similar)
  • Present results and engage in discussion in project meetings
  • Edit papers and other materials for publication and diverse audiences

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
  • At least two years of specialized experience in quantitative data analysis, research methods, and/or social sciences research
  • Experience with programming, particularly around data analysis, cleaning, and simulations
