Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing external financial reports, including SEC filings, and ensuring GAAP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including SEC filings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Oversee technical accounting issues and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage SOX internal controls and support audit processes to ensure the integrity of our financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations team on earnings communications to ensure that our financial reporting is transparent and accurate.
  • Drive process improvements and conduct ad hoc accounting research as needed to ensure that our financial reporting is efficient and effective.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
  • CPA designation required.
  • 2-3+ years of Big 4 audit experience (U.S. experience).
  • Experience with publicly traded companies (public accounting or corporate accounting).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Workiva preferred.
  • Proven job stability and career progression.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
