Position Overview:
The Room Care Specialist is entrusted with ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of designated areas and equipment. This role also involves delivering various items to guest rooms, contributing to an enhanced guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Buff marble floors daily to meet hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets in public areas as per hotel guidelines.
3. Clean furniture as necessary.
4. Assist guests with luggage in a friendly and efficient manner.
5. Manage items for "Lost and Found" in accordance with hotel policies.
6. Clean guest rooms as required.
7. Be knowledgeable about and assist in all emergency protocols.
8. Ensure hotel equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
9. Organize storage of hotel equipment appropriately.
10. Complete special projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
11. Strive for overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.

Must be capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Ability to remain standing for the duration of the shift is essential.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with all levels of employees and guests in a courteous, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
