- Chart patient information, including admission notes, history and physical examinations, and daily patient encounter notes.
- Prescribe medications under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assist surgeons in the operating room and procedure rooms.
- Manage post-procedure patient care and start IVs, insert foley catheters, and order transfusions of blood and products.
- Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Successful completion of an approved physician assistant program.
- Physician Assistant License.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.
