As a Key Carrier, you'll alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, taking on leadership responsibilities and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
  • Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure
  • Ensure store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritize as needed
  • Address immediate customer service issues and provide coaching to Associates
  • Exercise discretion regarding customer service policies to satisfy customers
  • Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
  • Ensure Associates adhere to all operational procedures
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provide progress updates
  • Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates
  • Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs
  • Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs
  • Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment

Requirements:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
  • Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience

This position has a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
