Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Annual Profit Sharing Estimate: $16,000 - $20,000
Salary is determined based on experience, expertise, and performance during the interview process.
Requirements:
Success at Motivo is driven by dedication, creativity, and teamwork. For Robotics and Mechatronics Specialists, we expect a foundational proficiency and/or professional experience in electrical, mechanical, and/or software engineering.
Electrical Engineering:
Your expertise may encompass hardware design (PCB, wire harness, electronic systems), practical skills (debugging, bench testing, soldering), and/or firmware development (C/C++, controls, test scripting, version control).
Mechanical Engineering:
We seek capabilities in mechanism design (planning, modeling, verification), practical skills (prototyping, fabrication, testing), and/or analysis (static, dynamic, thermal).
Software Engineering:
The ideal candidates will be proficient in writing maintainable code that enables systems to perceive and interact with their environment (via embedded processors, PLCs, or computer systems), engage with users (frontend development for mobile devices, local computers, or web servers), or manage backend data (API development, database management).
Modeling and articulating physical systems using mathematics and code is particularly advantageous in many robotics applications.
In summary, a successful Robotics and Mechatronics Specialist at Motivo will contribute significantly across at least two engineering disciplines. We value diverse experiences and are particularly interested in individuals eager to learn and expand their skill sets.
