Requirements and Qualifications
- **Experience**: Experience in supervising staff in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or memory care, with a strong understanding of home community care, nursing home, long-term care, and assisted living practices.
- **Knowledge and Skills**: Strong knowledge of care planning, staff supervision, and operational management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff members.
- **Education and Background**: A background in nursing or healthcare management is preferred but not required.
