Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, collect evidence, and provide counseling and referrals as needed.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute and/or ambulatory care setting.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing APRN.
- Oregon DEA certification.
What We Offer:
An annual salary of $130,000 - $160,000, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
