Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and their families before scheduling any shifts
  • Respect caregiver comfort levels when assigning clients
  • Encourage meaningful interactions between clients and caregivers

As a Caregiver:

  • Select your preferred working hours, whether full-time, part-time, or on an as-needed basis
  • Set your own schedule without pressure to exceed it
  • Receive timely notifications about work schedules
  • Meet with management and clients before starting any new assignments
  • Be introduced to clients by office staff to ensure comfort with assignments
  • Receive information about clients prior to accepting any tasks
  • Participate in paid initial training and additional training as desired

Job Duties:

  • Provide companionship and non-medical assistance
  • Assist with personal care, dressing, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Work within a reasonable distance from home
  • Access 24/7 support from supervisors for questions or emergencies
  • Receive reimbursement for work-related travel
  • Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
  • Comprehensive training available

Service Area and Requirements:

We proudly serve various counties. Caregivers must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance

This position has the potential to transition into full-time employment if desired.
