Job Responsibilities
- Optimize driver and equipment allocation for efficient customer demand fulfillment
- Supervise truck loading, unloading, and material and product movement activities
- Manage driver assignments and shipping information in data management systems
- Equip drivers with essential information and equipment details for efficient task execution
- Train new hires in job responsibilities and conduct road tests
- Provide delivery status updates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a professional rapport with assigned drivers

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 2+ years of transportation and/or dispatch experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400
