Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Bensalem, PA. As a Therapist with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and provide high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client sessions and progress
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
- Current licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD)
- Experience working with diverse client populations and presenting issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
