Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to assist in addressing the behavioral needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children and adolescents, demonstrate the ability to implement behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and exhibit strong communication skills. Responsibilities include providing direct services to clients and offering constructive feedback to families and team members. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about empowering others to achieve their fullest potential.
