Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving: Unload shipments from various transport vehicles, verify contents against shipping documents, and report any discrepancies or damages. Ensure all received items are stored properly to facilitate easy access.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and prepare products for shipment, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected. Utilize material handling equipment to transport orders to designated shipping areas.
  • Shipping: Confirm that outgoing shipments are complete and correctly labeled. Prepare products for transport by loading them onto trucks or containers.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep all material handling equipment in good working condition, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with stock audits, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform various warehouse duties as needed, including repackaging items, managing damaged goods, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification in forklift operation and hazardous materials handling is advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 75 pounds) using proper techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Capability to manage stress and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in performing repetitive tasks with both hands and feet.
  • Demonstrated responsible work habits and familiarity with warehouse operations.

Must be available to work various shifts as required.
