Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee several teams of business analysts dedicated to various systems or specific business analysis domains, including responsibilities such as task distribution, budget oversight, performance assessments, and staffing management.
+ Provide expert technical guidance to guarantee efficient design, development, and implementation processes, ensuring adherence to critical operational protocols.
+ Formulate strategies and establish guidelines for optimal staffing needs, managing resources and budgets effectively while contributing to the establishment of best practices.
+ Address issues that extend beyond immediate responsibilities, applying a comprehensive understanding of business analysis principles and a foundational knowledge of related fields.
+ Collaborate as part of a team to meet objectives, exercising influence and negotiation skills with senior management across various functions, while also engaging with external stakeholders as necessary.
+ Utilize evaluative judgment based on thorough analysis of complex and dynamic information, drawing insights from a wide array of internal and external resources.
+ Assess risks associated with business decisions, prioritizing the organization's reputation and safeguarding assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining ethical standards, and effectively managing and reporting control issues.
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
+ Proven leadership capabilities.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries.
+ Proficient in complex analytical and problem-solving methodologies.
+ Technical expertise is essential.
+ Familiarity with Mainframe applications.
+ Experience in Data Analysis.
+ Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
+ A Master's degree is preferred.
