About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Autism Support Professional to join our team at Total Care ABA. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients who have autism or other developmental disabilities, providing direct ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or community.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection methods.
  • Assist clients in acquiring and mastering skills across various domains, including communication, social interaction, self-help, and academic skills.
