We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Blossom ABA Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to clients with autism.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
