VHB's Southeast team is seeking a seasoned Geomatics professional to lead the region's geomatics initiatives and manage high-performing teams.

• Develop strategic plans to align service offerings with VHB's market requirements and regional business goals.

• Foster collaboration across departments to identify opportunities for new services, technologies, and skills.
• Promote best practices in data analysis and technology deployment to enhance project delivery and client value.
• Leverage expertise to develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring consistent work processes and standards.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team by hiring, training, and developing Geomatics professionals.
• Mentor staff to achieve career goals, recognizing individual contributions and performance excellence.
• Pursue professional development aligned with industry trends and company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Geomatics projects, including at least 5 years of client/staff/project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required.
• Professional Land Surveyor license preferred.
