Job Summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support and services that enhance the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and document resident height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
  • Recognize and report any abnormal changes in resident condition to supervisors.
  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
  • Transfer, position, and turn residents safely and respectfully.
  • Provide skin care and promote overall resident well-being.
  • Contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
  • Offer emotional and social support to residents and their families.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred.
  • CNA licensure required in some states.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
