Job Title: Director of Medical Quality

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Director to join our dynamic team in the scientific industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to lead and shape the quality control department, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality control systems, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage the quality control team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Review and approve quality control reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency in product quality and compliance with standards.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the quality control department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure that all testing and inspection processes are carried out accurately and efficiently, and that all results are properly documented.
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in quality control and Medical Affairs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role in the scientific industry, with a strong focus on biologics development.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, as well as local, national, and international regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and other relevant technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of quality control and Medical Affairs.
