Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate Team Sports to join our team. As a Sales Associate Team Sports, you will be responsible for creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through your eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, and ability to prioritize.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
  • Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where every customer feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
