Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full implementation life cycle of Epicor Kinetic, from planning and scoping to go-live and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, IT, and manufacturing.
  • Lead project meetings, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and design customizations as needed.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members throughout the project.
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties and manage expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Epicor implementations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
