Operations Management Lead

Panhandle Electric is a rapidly growing electrical construction services contractor in North Idaho and Western Montana. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Manager.
Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive pay package, we offer a range of benefits, including paid lunch breaks, PTO, paid holidays, company-paid team events, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid medical benefits.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of projects. You will work closely with our lead electricians, vendors, and clients to coordinate schedules and communicate project updates.
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to schedule projects and ensure timely completion
- Monitor and track project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain SOPs to streamline operations
- Support leadership on strategic projects and ad hoc tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
