We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team at Pacifica Senior Living Hillsborough. As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and services to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication administration.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of care delivered, including resident progress and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Caregiver or Med Tech, with a strong track record of providing exceptional care and support.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Valid CPR certification and ability to obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on healthcare or a related field.
