We are seeking a highly motivated Nursing Professional - Oncology to join our team at Viper Staffing Services L.L.C. and make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
Job Summary:The Nursing Professional - Oncology will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and contributing to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients diagnosed with cancer, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address concerns, answer questions, and provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
- Stay current with the latest cancer treatments, medications, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience in oncology nursing or related medical fields is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
